Hi I'm Sandra and I am a professionally qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and I can offer you a confidential space to voice your thoughts and, together, we can can look for ways to process and understand them.
I’ve been working in a therapeutic setting since 2017 and, as well as my own private practice, I have worked in an adult addiction centre, a school and at a crisis helpline.
Prior to training as a counsellor I worked in The City of London. I have lived and worked in many countries, experiencing many cultures. I am a British born Chinese Counsellor and have much experience working with intercultural issues.
I am an integrative counsellor - integrating person-centred with psychodynamic therapy. That means we work together to look at how you’re currently feeling and, sometimes look at the past to bring understanding to the present.
I currently practice in 76a Battersea Rise, London SW11 1EH (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday), House of Creative, 225 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6PJ (Tuesday) and Therapy Space East, 2 Blackall Street, London EC2A 4AD (Wednesday).
I am also available for virtual sessions via Zoom.
Get in touch with me and we can start a conversation on your path to change. Change is amazing.
You may already know what you want from therapy or you may feel that something is not quite right but you’re not sure what. Perhaps you’re looking for help to make sense of your current feelings. Counselling is a way to bring clarity and understanding to your thoughts and feelings. Counselling is a conversation where we can explore what’s going on for you now and bring order to your thoughts. Together, we can tailor therapy that suits your needs. I can provide long or short-term therapy and I use a range of techniques to help you move forward or reach your goal.
